Item marked delivered, but not received? 

If you track your package and it shows it has been delivered, but was not received please contact your local post office prior to contacting us. If the package does not arrive, contact us after 14 days to discuss further options. If a lost package claim needs to be filed with USPS, we will file the claim. 

Customs and Duties Fees

The buyer is responsible for any customs or duties fees that may apply. Sellers aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
 

- REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - 

Exchanges

Customers can exchange clothing items within 30 DAYS from delivery date for another size. The buyer must cover the return shipping and to: little arrows will send the replacement item at no cost to US customers only. 

Please contact us prior to returning the item to ensure the size you would like is available. 

Returns

Returns are accepted if the item(s) are unworn, unwashed and unstained. The refund will be minus the original shipping cost. Customers who use free shipping codes will also be deducted the original shipping cost they would have paid.

Exceptions

HATS can not be returned or exchanged due to sanitary 
reasons. If there is an issue with our fitted and speciality sized hats (not one size fits all or trucker hats) please contact us. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing all returns and exchanges.
